The Healing Prix Fixe
We don’t know about you, but this year started off hella rocky. We’re only in March, but it’s felt like a whole year has passed.
There have been a lot of ups and downs, twists and turns, but one thing stayed solid: YOU. You are still here.
Life is always going to bring challenges and while we may not be able to predict the details, what Tami and I have learned over the past 12 years being in the healing space, is that there are key life ingredients that if we have them in place, we can overcome every storm and heal from any wound.
So let us introduce to you The Healing Prix Fixe! Healing is like going to a fancy restaurant. Unlike at a buffet or your favorite breakfast spot, you don’t get to pick and choose what you want from the menu, though.
Instead, the chef curates a fine dining experience with many courses that tingle your taste buds and invigorate your senses. The chef in this analogy represents your Higher Self. When you came into this life you already knew how you wanted to grow.
Your Higher Self, Soul, Inner Being is always gifting you experiences that will guide you toward your deepest desires. But how often do we decline what’s presented to us? All the time, right! Because we don’t know what to expect, don’t want to change, or don’t think the experience is going to “taste good.”
Well, unfortunately, the more we resist, the harder life gets. Sigh…
You have many options in terms of the path you take to reach your destination, but no matter the course, there are milestones you must hit. We all have to check off the same boxes to reach our wellness.
So for the next several days, we are going to present a course from our Healing Prix Fixe menu. Each course is a teaching, a lesson, and an invitation to welcome this healing ingredient into your life in some way.
No matter where you are, we know you want to feel better. We all do and feeling better and better is your birthright. So have a seat at our table and let us serve and nourish your mind, your body, and your spirit with The Healing Prix Fixe.
