The Only Advice You Need for 2023

I shared at the end of Tuesday’s free Herbal Medicine Masterclass that our intentions for 2022 were to have unconditional trust.  As Tami and I reflect on the year, every delay and challenge that we experienced gave us the opportunity to show up with more faith than we knew we had. 

Of course while in those lessons, we tantrumed, cried, and consumed a lot of Mimosa (the plant, not the drink 🤣), our stomachs churned, and we wondered what the hell was going on. We never know what will be required of us when we make an ask or set an intention. And you don’t need to say what you want aloud because within every unsatisfactory experience or negative emotion, you are asking for more…more freedom…more joy…more wellbeing. Spirit/Universe always hears our heart’s longings…and answers.

We have no regrets about this year because we realize that as tough as it was, it forced us to let go of the control we thought we had and admit that we needed to learn new skills. All the while, we affirmed to ourselves that we can trust this process and will not be punished for not knowing what we didn’t know.
