New Year Ritual to Prepare for 2023

For the past several years Tami and I have dedicated time in January to do an easy ritual that gives us insight on the year ahead. For better or worse the flip of the calendar inspires change. But instead of making promises we won’t keep to ourselves, Tami and I approach the year differently. For us, making steady strides throughout the year helps us feel present, well, stable, and at ease. Discipline is medicine.

But life happens, right? The challenges come and sometimes they derail us. When this occurs, it can be hard to find our center again. The ritual we share in this video feels like a life hack – we’ve already received the wisdom and perspective we need for the months ahead before they actually arrive.

Click here to watch the short video and let us know in the comments if you decide to incorporate something similar into your spiritual practice.

May 2023 be gentle and generous to you and your loved ones.

With joy,
Selima & Tami
