Refund policy

Iwilla Remedy aims to produce high-quality products that you will love. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with the product you have received, then please let us know within 30 days of your invoice date and we'll process a full refund. Our returns policy is “no questions asked,” but we would certainly appreciate any feedback and suggestions in order to make your shopping experience better. Sorry, but no returns on herbal medicine, custom blends, services or digital content.
